Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry research.
- Deliver persuasive product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends in the CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications




- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Solid negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
