Job Summary

Veuz Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting the organization's financial planning and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary (CS) for regulatory filings and compliance matters.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, financial statements,



and regulatory reports.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, vendor accounts, and financial transactions.
- Track project billing, revenue recognition, and expense management related to IT solutions and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience coordinating with auditors, Company Secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in Tally, E
