Job Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently manage Buildhood's social media presence, from content planning and ideation to publishing, community management, analytics, and campaign coordination.
The ideal candidate should understand how to create content that works specifically for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, especially Reels and short-form video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for Reels,
short videos, carousels, stories and posts.
- Work closely with the founder, marketing team, designers, videographers and editors to produce content.
- Identify trending topics, formats, sounds and content opportunities relevant to construction and real estate.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines and calls-to-action.
- Coordinate and manage regular Reel/video shoots.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
- Publish and schedule content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyse reach, engagement, followers, leads and content performance.
- Identify high-performing content and develop similar content strategies.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube and other platform algorithm changes and trends.
