Role Overview:

The
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
will be a key member of the executive team and responsible for ensuring that
AIMER Business School’s
operations run efficiently and effectively. This includes overseeing day-to-day business activities, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving performance across all business units. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader,



and an expert in managing and scaling operations within a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement the overall operational strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently and on schedule.
- Oversee key operations including HR, Finance, Student Acquisition (Sales & Marketing), Corporate Partnerships, Academics, Admin, Investor Relations and other business functions to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define strategic initiatives and drive long-term growth.

Process Optimization & Efficiency:
- Evaluate and streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Develop and implement best practices for operations across the business, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
