Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of tele callers.
- Monitor daily team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Track calls, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and leads.
- Handle team-related issues and improve overall performance.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales and lead conversion.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to analyze team performance and take corrective actions.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
