AtoZ VirtuaL is looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Client Acquisition Associate / Manager to join our growing HR Tech & Business Solutions team.

This role is focused on B2B lead generation, client acquisition, consultative selling, sales presentations, proposal development, negotiations and closing deals. The ideal candidate should enjoy building relationships, understanding business problems and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, networking, referrals and other channels.

Identify and connect with decision-makers, business owners and HR leaders to understand their requirements and pain points.

Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution discussions.

Present relevant HR, recruitment, manpower,



outsourcing and business solutions based on client requirements.

Prepare customised proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.

Negotiate with prospects and drive opportunities towards successful closure.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and records through the CRM.

Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified opportunities into paying clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Coordinate the smooth handover of newly acquired clients to the relevant delivery/operations team.

Consistently work towards achieving individual and team revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

Preferred experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, inside sales, HR Tech, SaaS, recruitment or HR solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce or a related field preferred.
