ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for Satyam Technocrats across industrial automation and manufacturing segments.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and converting automation requirements into projects and orders.

This is a target-driven, customer-facing role suited for someone who understands B2B industrial sales and is comfortable selling technical solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development & Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.




- Identify new customers and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across manufacturing companies.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, references, networking, exhibitions, digital channels, and industry contacts.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand their automation requirements.
- Convert enquiries and opportunities into commercial orders.

Industrial & Technical Sales
- Understand customer manufacturing processes and identify suitable automation opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Present automation concepts, machine solutions, and commercial proposals to customers.
- Understand PLC, robotics, conveyors, packaging automation, and machine-building applications at a functional level.
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers.

Sales Pipeline Management
