- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking




- Own key client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for major accounts
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Mentor and guide the junior sales associate on outreach technique, objection handling, and CRM discipline
- Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM; report pipeline status to management
- Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities in and around Kochi
- Coordinate with operations/fulfillment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 3-6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
