Job Summary

Zuptek Infotech is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1+ year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development to drive sales of our website solutions.

The selected candidate will initially join as a Business Development Trainee (BDT) for 2 months. Based on performance, the candidate will be transitioned to the Business Development Executive (BDE) role.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through Zuptek’s website sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate website solutions and pitches.
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain website offerings, curriculum, projects, and related services to prospective clients.




- Handle customer objections and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/CRM records accurately.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build robust relationships with prospective clients and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare regular sales, lead, and conversion reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable making sales calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Experience in IT Sales will be preferred.
