Job Role

Customer Support Executive – International Voice
- Handle customer calls and resolve product/service-related queries
- Provide professional customer support
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
- Maintain excellent customer experience

Requirements

Qualification: PUC/12th, Diploma, UG/PG
Excellent English Communication – Mandatory
Good technical, logical & analytical skills
Customer handling & problem-solving skills
Willingness to work rotational & night shifts

Experience:
- Optus – Freshers & experienced candidates
- BJ’s – International Voice experience required

Salary

BJ’s: Up to ₹32,000 Take-Home for candidates with 2–3 years of International Voice experience.
