Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated
On-Ground Sales Executive
who can directly engage with schools, coaching institutes, educational organizations, and other potential customers to generate leads, conduct meetings, and close pilot programs.

This is a
field-based role
requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential schools, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Conduct on-ground visits and introduce GyanX and its solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through field outreach and networking.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and meetings.
- Coordinate and execute pilot programs with institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into pilots and customers.




- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the GyanX team.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and outreach reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and pilot-conversion targets.

Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales ability are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling locally for meetings and school/institution visits.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup setting.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, or B2B sales is a plus.
