Job Location: - Pune (Kondhwa Budruk).

Experience: - 1+ Years in assemble and package STEM kits.

Salary Budget: - ₹1.5 – ₹2.5 LPA.

Qualification: - B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC;, Instrumentation, or a related field. Passing Year: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates only.

Notice Period: - Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Job Role Overview: -
The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and package STEM kits strictly as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that every kit is complete, accurate, and ready for shipment. The role also involves inventory management, component verification, production documentation, and general production support activities. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are interested in electronics manufacturing and production operations.

Job Key Skills & Competencies (Mandatory): -
Basic written and spoken English communication skills.




Ability to understand SOPs and maintain records.
Basic understanding of electronic components and modules.
Knowledge of Arduino and embedded systems is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing and production.

Job Key Roles & Responsibilities: -
Kit Assembly & Packaging.
Assemble and package STEM kits as per approved SOPs and work instructions.
Verify that all required components are included before packaging.
Arrange, label, and organize kit contents accurately.
Maintain packaging quality and prepare finished kits for dispatch.
Inventory Management.
Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
Report shortages, damaged materials, and inventory discrepancies.
Quality Verification.
