Position Overview

1. Designation: Branch Manager - Business Development & Wealth Management

3. Experience: 7-10 Years

4. Location: Chennai, Mumbai and Cochin

5. Interview Mode: L1 - Virtual and L2 - Face-to-Face

6. Work Model: Work from Office

7. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (1st Saturday off)

8. Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Role Summary





We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager who can drive branch-level business growth while managing and developing high-value client relationships. The role involves robust team leadership, client management, and consistent achievement of branch revenue targets while driving overall business growth.

The role combines Branch Leadership, Business Development and Wealth Management, with responsibility for team performance, client acquisition, portfolio growth, revenue generation and overall branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Branch & Business Development
- Lead and drive the branch towards revenue, client acquisition and business targets.
- Develop new business through HNI/UHNI, retail and corporate client segments.
- Drive AUM, brokerage, revenue and client portfolio growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the branch's market presence.

Wealth Management & Client Relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and key clients.
