This is not just a short-term lead-generation role. Our goal is to build a large and reliable development team, and we are looking for someone who can help us establish a strong and consistent flow of projects.

The right person can grow with the company and take on greater responsibilities as our client base and team expand.

About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven Freelance BDE who has experience finding and winning projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and similar platforms.

You will be responsible for independently identifying potential projects,



submitting proposals, communicating with clients, following up with leads, and helping convert opportunities into actual projects.

You will have a high level of freedom and flexibility. We don't believe in micromanagement. We care about consistent activity, quality leads, and most importantly, results.

Key Responsibilities
- Find suitable web development projects on freelance platforms
- Research potential clients and project requirements
- Submit customized and compelling proposals
- Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements
- Follow up with potential clients
- Help negotiate project scope and pricing
- Convert leads into confirmed projects
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients
- Coordinate with the development team when a project is secured
- Provide regular updates regarding proposals, leads, and conversions
- Explore current channels and strategies for gen
