- Operate injection moulding machines as per production schedules and work instructions
- Set up moulds, adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time as required
- Monitor the moulding process to ensure consistent quality output
- Inspect moulded components for dimensional accuracy and surface defects
- Carry out mould changes and basic machine settings under supervision
- Maintain production records, rejection logs, and downtime reports
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished components
- Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines and moulds
- Adhere to safety norms and housekeeping standards on the shop floor
