Key Responsibility:

Brand Development
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong brand awareness and recognition.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning, communication, visual identity, and tone across digital platforms.
- Study competitors, market trends, customer behaviour, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop campaigns and marketing concepts for new and existing products.
- Identify opportunities for current customer segments, products, and markets.

2. Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across
Meta,



Google, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms

- Manage performance marketing campaigns with a focus on
sales, ROAS, customer acquisition, and brand growth
.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike, and conversion strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets and creatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify actionable insights.

3. Social Media & Content
- Develop monthly social media and content plans.
- Coordinate creation of reels, videos, static creatives, product posts, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop content ideas that communicate product benefits and differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media growth.
- Identify relevant trends and convert them into brand-appropriate content.
