Job Title : Guest Relations Executive
Experience :0-3 years in hotel industry
Job Location : Udaipur
Role & Responsibilites :
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, courteous, and skilled approach.
- Attend daily calls and handle restaurant reservations efficiently.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback promptly.
- Maintain strong guest relationships and ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Qualification & Skills :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a guest-focused approach.
- Good telephone handling and reservation management skills.
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience is preferred.
- Flexible to work in rotational/flexible shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
