Job description

We are looking for a Lead Production Support Engineer (.NET & Python) with solid technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead L2/L3 production support for Guiding Care integrations and related healthcare applications.




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs, middleware, application logs, and SQL databases.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using C#/.NET.
- Develop Python-based automation scripts for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams on incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases.
- Monitor integration endpoints, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.
- Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model and drive major incident management activities.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support initiatives.
