Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, build a strong distributor and retailer network, and expand Advik Rituals across target markets.

The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, Puja Products, Religious Products, General Trade, Distribution or Retail Sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers.




- Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Visit markets regularly to develop retailer and distributor relationships.
- Generate new B2B leads and convert them into active customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions and market activities.
- Ensure proper product availability and market coverage.
- Coordinate with the operations team for stock and order fulfilment.
- Track sales performance, outstanding payments and customer orders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Train and guide sales representatives/field sales executives as the team expands.
- Implement promotional schemes and trade offers effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales, distribution and collection targets.
