We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage company data, prepare regular reports, maintain databases, and provide accurate information to management for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from different departments.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and Excel files.
- Prepare sales, purchase, stock, collection, expense, and performance reports as required.
- Track targets, achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data and highlight important trends, discrepancies, and variances.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and other departments for data collection.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and automated reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and data confidentiality.




- Support management with customized reports and data analysis whenever required.

Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, filters, and data cleaning.
- Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong Excel skills and relevant freshers may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
