TurfIT is part of the AvenEngage sports technology ecosystem, integrated with platforms such as ScoreIT, enabling players to move from venue discovery and booking to playing, scoring, statistics and digital sports engagement.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, approaching and onboarding turf owners and sports facility operators onto the TurfIT platform.

This is primarily a field-based role involving regular visits to cricket turfs, football turfs, pickleball courts, box cricket facilities and other sports venues across assigned areas.





The candidate will act as the local representative of TurfIT and build long-term relationships with turf owners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Turf Identification & Market Mapping
- Identify all sports turfs and bookable sports facilities within the assigned territory.
- Create and maintain an accurate database of turf owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Map territories area-by-area to achieve maximum TurfIT coverage.
- Identify newly opened turfs and sports facilities.

2. Turf Owner Acquisition
- Visit turf owners and demonstrate the TurfIT platform.
- Explain the benefits of listing and managing their venue through TurfIT.
- Communicate TurfIT's value proposition, including online discovery, bookings, promotions and ScoreIT integration.
- Convert qualified turf owners into registered TurfIT partners.
- Assist owners in completing the onboarding process.

3. Turf Listing & Onboarding

Collect and verify information including:
- Turf/facility name and address
- Go
