About the Role

We are looking for a
GeM & Tender Executive
to manage and execute the complete tendering and GeM bidding process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant government tenders, evaluating tender requirements, preparing bid documents, participating in GeM bids, managing product catalogues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of
GeM, government tenders, bid documentation, and MS Excel
, along with solid attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders and business opportunities on
GeM and other government tender portals
.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, experience, turnover, certifications, and other requirements.
- Evaluate tenders and determine eligibility and feasibility for participation.
- Prepare and submit




technical and financial bids
within the specified timelines.
- Prepare tender-related documents, declarations, undertakings, compliance sheets, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the
Sales, Costing, Finance, Production, Purchase, and Quality teams
for required information and approvals.
- Manage
GeM product catalogues
, including product creation, specifications, pricing, images, documents, and catalogue updates.
- Monitor catalogue approval/rejection and resolve issues related to product listings.
- Track GeM bids, tender results, technical evaluations, financial evaluations, and Reverse Auctions (RA).
- Maintain accurate records of all participated tenders, bid status, results, and pending actions.
- Monitor tender corrigendums, amendments, deadline extensions, and revised specifications.
- Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly tender/GeM MIS reports
for management.
