About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our call-center sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, understanding their accounting and business requirements, demonstrating the benefits of our accounting software, and converting qualified leads into customers.

The software is specifically designed to meet the requirements of Chartered Accountants (CAs), accounting professionals, tax consultants, and accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and existing customers.
- Contact Chartered Accountants, accounting firms, tax consultants, and other accounting professionals.
- Introduce and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of the accounting software.




- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable software solutions.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, business size, software requirements, and purchase intent.
- Conduct product demonstrations over phone/video calls when required.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers/subscribers.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upgrades, renewals, and additional services.
- Handle customer questions and coordinate with the product/support team for technical queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, demonstrations, and sales in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate common requirements or objections to the sales/product team.
