Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Distribution professional to manage sales, distribution, and market expansion for dairy products. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the dairy/FMCG industry with strong knowledge of distributor and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and distribution activities across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and distribution targets.
- Appoint, manage, and support distributors and channel partners.
- Plan and execute market visits, sales promotions, and trade schemes.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, secondary sales, and market coverage.
- Ensure effective product distribution and timely replenishment.
- Identify new markets, outlets, and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, products, and market activities.




- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Track outstanding payments and support collection activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and distribution MIS.
- Train and guide sales representatives and field staff.
- Ensure proper execution of company schemes and merchandising standards.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Dairy, FMCG Sales & Distribution, Consumer Products, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of distributor, dealer, and retail channel management.
- Experience handling sales targets and territory expansion.
- Good understanding of dairy/FMCG market dynamics and distribution networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
