Position: Senior Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tent installation, dismantling, and maintenance at event/project sites.
- Supervise tenting teams, laborers, and vendors.
- Coordinate with clients, event managers, and internal teams regarding site requirements.
- Ensure tents, structures, furniture, lighting, and other event materials are installed properly and on time.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
- Plan manpower, materials, transportation, and equipment requirements.
- Handle urgent site issues and resolve operational problems efficiently.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling of company equipment.
- Prepare basic site reports and update management on project progress.




- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

Requirements:
- 10 - 12 years of experience in tenting, event production, exhibition, wedding/event setup, or related field.
- Good team-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work at outdoor/event sites and adaptable working hours.
- Knowledge of tent structures, installation processes, and site safety.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
