Assistant Professor – MMS/MBA

Qualification: MMS/MBA + Ph.D. in Management
Specialisations: Finance | Operations | Marketing | Human Resource
Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹10 LPA

Job Role:
- Teaching MMS/MBA subjects and conducting lectures.
- Prepare lesson plans, study material, question papers and assessments.
- Guide students in projects, internships and dissertations.
- Conduct research, publish papers and participate in conferences/FDPs.
- Mentor students and support academic development.
- Coordinate with industry for guest lectures, workshops and placements.
- Participate in departmental activities, accreditation and academic documentation.
- Contribute to admissions, events and other institutional activities as assigned.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹84,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Asangaon, Maharashtra, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Doctorate (Preferred)

Experience:
- Management: 6 years (Preferred)
