Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer & Video creator, and editor with 25 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in motion graphics, creating videos using AI, with a good understanding of emerging AI-powered creative tools for videos such as Adobe Firefly.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop motion graphics, animated creatives, promotional videos, product videos, and short-form video content for digital platforms.
- Design and maintain creative assets in line with brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate concepts, briefs, and campaign ideas into high-quality visual content.
- Create storyboards, visual concepts, layouts, animations, transitions, and video compositions for marketing and corporate communications.
- Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, including basic video editing, transitions, audio, subtitles, and visual effects.




- Explore and incorporate AI-powered creative tools into the design and content-production workflow.
- Develop Text-to-Sound / AI voice-over content using tools such as ElevenLabs.
- Create effective Text-to-Video prompts and visual concepts using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and other emerging generative AI platforms.
- Experiment with AI-generated visuals, animations, video concepts, voice-overs, and creative variations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Adapt existing designs into multiple formats and dimensions for LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet required standards for quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, motion graphics techniques, AI creative tools, and digital content formats.
