Hoola health (formerly babymd) was created to be exactly that.

Our founder, Deeksha Senguttuvan, spent years working in healthcare and technology, but it was her close interactions with parents that revealed the real gap in paediatric care. Families were either navigating large hospitals with long waits and little personal connection, or relying on scattered, inconsistent care. There had to be a better way.

so in 2024, we began with one clinic and a easy mission: to make paediatric care feel closer, calmer, and kinder.

Today, hoola health is a growing network of neighbourhood clinics offering everything from consultations and vaccinations to developmental assessments and therapy services — all under one roof. We're proud to be open 7 days a week, backed by a team that listens first, treats with heart, and partners with parents every step of the way.

Job Description:





We are looking for a Support executive to manage parent communication, appointment coordination, and follow-up support across Hoola Health clinics.This role ensures that parents receive timely assistance, clear communication, and seamless appointment coordination, helping reduce missed appointments and improving the overall clinic experience.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming parent calls for pediatric consultations and appointment bookings
- Confirm and coordinate doctor appointment slots across clinics
- Manage appointment rescheduling requests and slot changes
- Conduct appointment confirmation calls to reduce no-shows
- Follow up with parents after consultations to check experience and satisfaction
- Escalate concerns to the clinic or management team when needed
- Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM systems
- Coordinate closely with clinic teams for smooth schedul
