Service Engineer (5 nos)

 Qualifications:

 Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or

Automation Engineering.

 Experience: 1–5 years in industrial automation or field service.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Install, commission, and configure industrial automation systems at customer

sites.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, servo

systems, sensors, and control panels.

 Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation equipment.

 Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.

 Conduct system testing, validation, and performance optimization.

 Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation after each

visit.

 Coordinate with the design, production, and sales teams for technical support

and project execution.

 Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.





 Ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining high customer

satisfaction.

 Recommend spare parts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and system

upgrades wherever applicable.

 Follow company safety standards and customer site regulations.

 Required Skills:

 Good knowledge of PLC Programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen-

Bradley, Omron, etc.)

 Experience with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Industrial

Instrumentation

 Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus,

Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or RS-485

 Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.

 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

 Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

 Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.

Pay: ₹12,235.33 - ₹40,444.01 per month
