Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admission Counselor to guide students and working professionals regarding Online/Distance Learning programs and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and prospective learners about available programs.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.




- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and admission processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates to students.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
