About Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented
Business Development Manager
to lead regional sales operations and drive business growth. The selected candidate will manage, guide, train and monitor a team of Business Development Officers, Sales Associates, outsourced sales executives and support staff.

The role involves strategic sales planning, team coaching, branch performance monitoring, market development and coordination with the Regional and Marketing teams.

Roles and responsibilties
- Lead outbound sales activities across the assigned region.
- Manage and monitor the performance of BDOs, Sales Associates,



outsourced Sales Executives and support staff.
- Guide, train, coach and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and business outcomes.
- Develop monthly sales plans and allocate team responsibilities in coordination with the Regional Manager.
- Submit the monthly sales activity plan to the Corporate Office by the 25th of the previous month.
- Ensure sales activities begin effectively from the first day of each month.
- Take responsibility for achieving regional sales targets.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the regional Sales Department in coordination with the Regional Office.
- Monitor the performance of assigned branches and take corrective measures to prevent weak or loss-making operations.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to plan and implement promotional activities for branch growth.
