We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive business development and expand our market presence across Pune and Delhi. The successful candidate will work closely with fleet operators, bus and coach OEMs, system integrators, and other key stakeholders within the automotive industry.

Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, bus and coach OEMs, system integrators, and automotive industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Promote and represent the company's product portfolio
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely project execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.

Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive or auto ancillary sales.
- Robust understanding of the automotive market, including OEMs, fleet operators, and industry channels.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, business development activities, and site visits.
