About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Education Sales with proven experience in EdTech/Education Sales. This is a Player-Coach role, where the TL will be responsible for both individual sales performance and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle cold calling, lead follow-ups, appointment fixing, demos, counseling, and sales closures independently.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue.
- Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and improve team efficiency.
- Support team members in objection handling and closing.
- Ensure proper CRM usage, lead tracking,



and reporting.
- Drive overall team revenue and individual sales performance.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2C / Inside Sales, preferably in EdTech / Education.
- Prior Team Handling / Team Leader experience is mandatory.
- Strong individual sales track record with proven closing ability.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
