Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong development expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to lead technical discussions and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications and enterprise solutions.

Lead technical design, development and implementation activities.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Develop high-performance, reliable and maintainable applications.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.

Guide and mentor developers and provide technical direction.

Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.

Oversee testing,



debugging and application enhancements.

Collaborate with business, product and cross-functional teams.

Drive continuous improvement in application performance and development processes.

Required Skills

8+ years of professional experience in Java Development.

Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java / Java application development.

Strong understanding of software architecture and development practices.

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.

Ability to design scalable and high-performance solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Robust ownership and ability to deliver projects within timelines.
