Role Description
The Graduate Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chengalpattu. Graduate Trainees will support manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams in day-to-day operations, including monitoring production activities, assisting in process optimization,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and documenting standard operating procedures under guidance from senior team members. Trainees may assist in basic equipment checks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The position offers structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to semiconductor and electronics manufacturing processes to build a strong foundation for future roles within the organization.

Qualifications
