Team Leader – Real Estate/n

Salary: Approx. ₹90,000/month

Background: Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n
Lead the real estate sales function and drive overall revenue growth.
/n
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
/n
Manage Sales Managers and sales teams across assigned markets.
/n
Drive customer acquisition, site visits, negotiations and high-value deal closures.
/n
Monitor sales forecasts, pipelines, conversion ratios and revenue performance.
/n
Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners and key stakeholders.
/n
Mentor sales leaders and build a robust, performance-driven sales culture.
/n
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and strategic recommendations to management.
/n

Candidate Profile:

/n

/n
10+ years of sales experience with a strong background in Real Estate Sales.
/n
Proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
/n




Solid understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer acquisition.
/n
Excellent leadership, negotiation and high-ticket closing capabilities.
/n
Strong business orientation with a consistent record of achieving revenue targets.
/n
