Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – IT Staffing to drive business growth through new client acquisition, account development, and strategic relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic IT staffing, C2H, contract staffing, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and revenue generation for IT staffing services.
Identify and acquire new clients through hunting, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key client stakeholders.
Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure.
Drive C2H/contract staffing and other IT staffing solutions.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for timely fulfilment.
Manage negotiations, commercials, MSAs/SOWs, and closure of deals.




Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, revenue, and business targets.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify current opportunities.
Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Required Skills
Solid experience in IT Staffing Sales / Business Development.
Proven experience in current client acquisition and hunting.
Good understanding of C2H, contract staffing, and permanent hiring.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
Solid network across the Indian IT industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile
