We're looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who can act as the MD's right hand for day-to-day coordination and administrative support.

What You'll Own
Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments & travel
Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs and track action items
Ensure timely follow-ups on delegated tasks
Manage significant calls, emails and communications
Coordinate with banks, CA, vendors and external stakeholders
Track renewals, documentation and compliance deadlines
Handle authorized petty payments, petty cash and account-related coordination
Maintain accurate MIS, records and key documen
