Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

About the Role

Majestic Realties is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, conducting site visits, and successfully closing sales for our plots, land, and farmhouse projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and other sales activities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper customer communication.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for interested customers.
- Build robust relationships with prospective buyers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Negotiate with customers and work towards successful sales closures.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding bookings, documentation, and customer requirements.
- Stay updated about the company's ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle cold calling and follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, plot selling, land sales, or farmhouse sales will be preferred.
