Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and sales-oriented Sales Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and support customer acquisition and conversion. The candidate should be comfortable handling the store physically, managing leads, interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and taking initiative to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and handle the physical store and its day-to-day operations.

· Handle leads provided by the company and follow up with potential clients.

· Make outbound calls and convert leads into customers.

· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.

· Attend and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

· Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.

· Visit client locations, when required, to better understand their requirements.

· Identify sales opportunities and take proactive initiatives to improve conversions.





· Understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.

· Maintain proper follow-up and ensure a positive customer experience.

· Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving business targets.

Candidate Requirements

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in store management, sales, customer handling, or business development.

· Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable with calling, lead follow-up, and customer conversion.

· Ability to physically manage and handle store operations.

· Willingness to visit client locations when required.

· Strong understanding of customer requirements and sales needs.

· Proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative independently.

· Basic computer and record-management skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
