Position Overview The Client Experience & Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for creating a warm, personalised, and premium experience for customers visiting the showroom.

The role combines customer interaction, jewellery showcasing, product presentation, smooth jewellery handling, and sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, graceful, attentive, and comfortable handling jewellery with care, speed, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers warmly, understand their preferences and requirements, and create a personalised and premium showroom experience.

· Confidently showcase, wear, and explain jewellery pieces while helping customers visualise the pieces according to their style and occasion.

· Present pieces selectively and swiftly pack and organise viewed jewellery, ensuring the customer never feels overwhelmed and the presentation area remains neat and elegant.

· Handle jewellery with care, precision, speed, and graceful movements,



maintaining a smooth and effortless flow throughout the customer interaction.

· Build genuine customer relationships, assist in product selection and sales conversion, and maintain strong knowledge of the brand and its jewellery collections.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

· Experience: 0–2 years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality, Luxury, Fashion, Jewellery, or a similar customer-facing role. Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident, warm, graceful, and approachable personality.

· Strong grooming and professional presentation.

· Comfortable wearing and showcasing jewellery as part of the role.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle jewellery carefully.

· Ability to work swiftly without appearing rushed or flustered.

· Strong customer-handling and listening skills.

· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn about jewellery and luxury retail.

· Sales-oriented mindset without being overly pushy.
