Role Overview
We are hiring fresh graduates who are passionate about starting a career in sales and real estate. This is an excellent chance to learn the ropes of real estate sales, client relationship management, and business development in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential/commercial properties
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) for smooth deal closures
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented setting
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone apps
- Presentable personality with a customer-first mindset
