- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions
- Demonstrate and present products/services to prospective clients
- Prepare business proposals and contracts
- Follow up with sales leads effectively and consistently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Track and report accurate sales information to management
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Stay updated with market and consumer trends
