Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and enquiries generated through calls, WhatsApp, digital channels, and walk-ins.
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate information about clinic treatments and services.
- Counsel patients regarding aesthetic and wellness treatments.
- Convert enquiries and consultations into appointments and treatment plans.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.
- Communicate with patients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain treatment packages, pricing, offers, and relevant procedures clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Build genuine rapport and long-term relationships with patients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase patient visits and treatment conversions.
- Handle patient queries professionally and resolve basic concerns or coordinate with the relevant team.
- Maintain a qualified and customer-focused approach at all times.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Prior experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness, healthcare, or clinic sales is preferred.
- Experience in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Strong lead conversion and follow-up abilities.
- Confident in handling phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Comfortable discussing treatments, packages,



and pricing.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and persuasive personality.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, confident with patient counselling, strong at follow-ups and lead conversion, and capable of building genuine rapport with patients.

Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, or cosmetic clinic will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
