Job Title: Sales Executive

About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Calling: Contact potential and existing customers via phone, messaging, or in-person visits to present our products/services.

- Customer Relationship: Understand customer requirements, provide explicit product explanations, handle objections, and build long-term relationships.

- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Follow-ups & Closing: Manage active follow-ups with interested leads to convert them into confirmed orders/deals.

- Reporting: Maintain daily call/meeting logs, update customer feedback, and report sales progress in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
