nJob Summary:

nWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal

ncandidate will have a strong technical background combined with a passion for sales. You

nwill be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products/solutions,

nand providing pre-sales and post-sales support.

nKey Responsibilities:

n• Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating leads and cold

ncalling prospective clients.

n• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.

n• Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.

n• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions.

n• Prepare and deliver technical quotations, proposals, and reports.

n• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

n• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

n• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors,



and market conditions.

n• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.

nKey Skills and Competencies:

n• Strong understanding of technical products and solutions

n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n• Ability to translate complex technical information into business value

n• Customer-focused with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

n• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting

n• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

nEducational Qualifications:

n• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related

nfields)

n• MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)

nPreferred Experience:

n• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or business development

n• Experience in industrial products, B2B Sales

n• Experience in the fasteners industry or similar industrial product categories is a

nstrong advantage
