Sales- Engineer to Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

- Generate leads through builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.

- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements to propose suitable elevator solutions.

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with customers.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.

- Coordinate with technical, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution.

- Maintain solid customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Scope of Role

- Direct contribution to revenue growth and market expansion.

- Exposure to B2B project sales and infrastructure development sector.

- Opportunity to work closely with builders, real estate developers, and consultants.





- Career progression into Senior Sales / Key Account / Branch Sales roles based on performance.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 3 13 years of experience in sales (preferably elevators, construction, building materials, HVAC, or engineering products).

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to manage project-based sales cycles.

- Good understanding of technical product selling preferred.

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or any relevant discipline preferred.

- Self-driven with strong customer handling capability.
