About the Role

We are recruiting for our office in Kerala, an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage performance marketing and local search campaigns for our service-based clients, including educational institutions and local businesses.

This is an execution-heavy role for a practitioner who can independently build, launch, optimize, and report on multi-channel campaigns. You will leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, but you must possess the deep technical expertise required to configure tracking, analyze metrics, and manually optimize for genuine lead quality and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Meta Advertising: Build, manage, and scale lead generation, retargeting, and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, pixel setup, and Cost Per Lead (CPL) optimization.
- Google Ads: Execute Search campaigns from end to end. Handle keyword research, negative keyword strategy, ad copy creation, conversion tracking, location targeting, and CPL reduction.




- Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP): Fully set up, optimize, and manage GBP accounts. Optimize categories and services, execute local search strategies, manage reviews/posts, and track visibility metrics.
- Social Media Management: Plan content calendars, manage social channels, and coordinate AI-assisted content workflows to maintain client brand positioning.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization: Focus on high-intent lead generation rather than vanity metrics. Design campaign funnels, optimize landing pages, monitor lead quality, and refine targeting continuously.

Required Experience & Skills
- Proven, hands-on experience running Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated track record with Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and Local SEO.
- Technical fluency in Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Practical experience using AI marketing tools
