Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fractional Business Head to provide senior leadership, strategic direction, and business guidance to a growing Real Estate Development Company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate development, property development, land acquisition, construction, project management, real estate sales, business development, operations, and P&L; management.

This is a fractional/part-time senior leadership chance for an accomplished real estate professional who can work closely with the promoters and management team to drive business growth, project execution, profitability, sales performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership and business direction to the company.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for real estate projects.
- Advise the promoters/management on investment, development, sales, and operational decisions.
- Identify new business opportunities, development opportunities, and potential projects.




- Establish business goals, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and performance targets.
- Monitor overall business performance and recommend corrective actions.

Real Estate Development
- Oversee the complete real estate development lifecycle.
- Evaluate land opportunities and project feasibility.
- Review development potential, project economics, estimated costs, revenues, and profitability.
- Provide guidance on land acquisition, land development, joint ventures, and project development.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, technical, construction, sales, and external consultants.

Land Acquisition
- Provide strategic guidance on land acquisition and land development.
- Evaluate potential land parcels based on location, development potential, market demand, and commercial viability.
- Review land acquisition proposals and project feasibility reports.
- Support negotiations with landowners, investors, and other stakehold
