Think Decor is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
Global Influencer Collaboration Intern
to help us build relationships with
micro-influencers across different countries, industries, and content domains

This internship is ideal for someone interested in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, digital marketing, and global brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant
micro-influencers across multiple domains and global markets
.
- Connect with creators through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Reach out to influencers for potential collaborations with Think Decor.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns from outreach to content delivery.
- Maintain an organized database of influencers, including niche, country, follower count, engagement, contact details, and collaboration status.
- Evaluate creators based on engagement, audience relevance, content quality, authenticity,



and brand fit.
- Follow up with influencers and manage ongoing communication.
- Track campaign progress, influencer responses, content submissions, and collaboration results.
- Research emerging creators, social media trends, and new influencer communities globally.
- Support the marketing team with influencer partnership ideas and campaign execution.
